Hazel took care of Mum upon arrival on NZ and all aspects of the funeral from there on, Hazel handled with huge compassion, professionalism, dignity and respect. Nothing was too much trouble, and Hazel made herself available at all times and took care of every detail, often thinking ahead for us.
