When Mum passed away last year preparing for her funeral and saying our goodbyes was made easier by Hazel and the team at Windsor’s. Hazel stepped us through the process and helped us to ensure the things we wanted to incorporate into the celebration of Mum’s life were done including streaming the service to family overseas who couldn’t be there. The flowers on the casket were a wonderful reflection of what my mum would have liked. The place which Hazel took the family too to make our goodbyes couldn’t have been more perfect and is one of my treasured memories in what was a sad time.
