If you choose to call us at Windsor Funerals, here’s what you can expect. You will speak to one of our three experienced funeral directors, rather than a call centre. We’ll listen carefully, talk you through the process, and be available for you throughout the process.
“Regardless of the circumstance or location of someone’s death, you can always phone us first at (09) 477 2433, and we will advise you. Our funeral directors are on call 24 hours a day, every day of the year.”
Step 2: Handle the Immediate Arrangements
Once you’ve contacted us, we will immediately begin working with rest homes, hospitals, doctors, or the coroner’s office, if necessary. We’ll ensure all required paperwork is prepared and help with transporting your loved one when needed. This helps relieve any immediate concerns, so you can focus on your family and begin to process your loss.
Step 3: Meet with a Funeral Director to Discuss the Details
When you’re ready, we’ll meet with you to plan the funeral. Know there is no rush — take the time you need to talk with extended family or simply to reflect. We’re here to support you, and you’re in control of the timing.

Step 5: You Rest.
Once we’ve worked together to plan the details, we’ll handle everything. We’ll take care of all the paperwork, assist with arranging the service, and ensure that your loved one’s farewell is as meaningful and personal as possible.
