Chree died peacefully on Wednesday, 6 May 2026, aged 84. Loved wife of Tony, mother of Louise, John and Wendy, mother-in-law of Jeremy and Perryn. Adored grandmother of Chelsea, Callum, Jake, Sam, Arwen, Luke, Leah, and Ben. Heartfelt thanks to the staff of Te Mana Hospital and Hospice for their loving and compassionate care of Chree. Her funeral will be held at St Matthew-in-the-City, 132 Hobson Street, Auckland CBD on Wednesday 13th May at 2:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Harbour Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
