You may no longer be with us, but you live on in every memory we shared and every lesson you left behind. You were not just a cousin to me, you were a sister, my confidant and my best friend. Your kindness, laughter and love made our family bond brighter and your presence made life warmer. Though your passing left a space that can never be filled, I find comfort knowing that your love did not end. Continue to remind me in quiet moments, to be strong, love deeply and live with grace. I will miss you every day but I carry you with me always in my heart. Thank you for the love you gave so freely. Until we meet again, rest peacefully my beloved sister. You are forever loved and will never be forgotten.

It means so much to hear how many people loved my mom. Over the last eight years, since you haven’t been able to come home since 2011, we’ve just had video calls. I’m really going to miss you Mama, your laughter, your honesty, and how strong your faith in God was. Even though we, your kids, aren’t sure how we’ll move forward without you, I know God will guide us. We’re going to miss you so much Mama. We didn’t have much time together, but I cherish every moment. We love you Mama and we’ll miss you more than words can say.

I didn’t get to know Lisa very well but I knew she loved to Crochet and she was very creative. Most of all, she loved my uncle Ray, she was his friend, partner and wife. She was by his side and a great comfort in trying times. It takes a special kind of person, and that was Lisa. Uncle Ray take comfort in Christ and know that Lisa is home with Jesus. Much love and condolences ❤️
