Funeral service has been ingrained in my life since childhood, with my father, Ray Jagger, also being a funeral director. I've always been passionate about helping people and have supported families from the moment they learn of a terminal illness to planning a farewell to celebrate a life. It's a privilege to assist people during one of the most challenging times. I pride myself on creating creative solutions to help you plan a funeral that reflects your family wishes.

In my free time, I cherish moments with my family, enjoying passions like boating and fishing.

Our Heritage

Spearheaded by Grant Harris, Hazel James and Windsor Park Hub Ltd, Windsor Funerals emerged in 2017 as an initiative rooted in Auckland’s North Shore to serve families across the region.

Grant, Pastor of Windsor Park Baptist Church, harboured a longstanding vision of integrating a funeral company within the suite of services the Windsor Park Group provided as a for-purpose social enterprise. Holistically caring for people in a range of challenging situations is at the heart of Windsor Park’s operations, so it always made sense to Grant to be involved in end-of-life care of people and their families. Having previously worked in a family-owned company that transitioned to corporate ownership, Hazel witnessed a shift in focus away from the familial care ethos that had always been paramount to her. When Grant and Hazel were introduced, well, the rest is history, and Windsor Funerals was born, perfectly aligned with their shared values.
