Lynn provided compassionate, supportive guidance and was able to assess what we needed to enable us to make decisions that reflected our values, without overwhelming us. We appreciated the personal nature of caring for our family member in the time leading up to cremation. Also caring for us as family, by following up on our coping ability. We were extremely pleased with the support of Hazel James of Windsor Funerals in arranging a funeral for an elderly cousin. The funeral proceeded extremely well and I highly recommend their services.

From the time I contacted Windsor Funerals to help me arrange for my Daughters' funeral, I was supported and assisted by Rod, Lynn and Hazel. Their help was invaluable and the lounge setting made for a smaller family ceremony with her friends. Having access to audio and video screening and live feed online during the service was an essential part of the funeral proceedings. Without their help I would have been lost. I also felt Windsor Funerals were very well priced compared to other homes I initially contacted. Thank you.

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Right from the first ph call notifying Hazel of our mother's passing to the moment her Casket decended into the graveeverything was handled seamlessly. She made what was a stressful time seem very easy. Windsor Funerals are a very smooth and professional outfit operating with empathy & respect. Thank you Hazel.

Rod and Hazel went over and above our expectations. They fullfilled every requirement requested of them for Mum's funeral day.Hazel delivered a truly heartfelt though relaxed informal funeral service - many of our guests confirmed the same view. The passing of my Mother was very sad, Hazel and her team made the process of saying good bye to her both respectful and very helpful to us while we were grieving.From the start when Rod came to Elizabeth Knox's Hospital to take Mum away he was so very respectful and treated my Mother as if she was his Mother - I am so grateful for that, Thank you Rod.Hazel looked after my Mother as if she was her Mother, very special and I will always remember her kindness.Windsor Funeral are a very special team and although we do not want to use them often, when the need is there Windsor Funerals will be my number one choice.The care they gave my Mother was truly amazing.Thank you Hazel and your wonderful Team
